Snatch Biomechanics Picture

I was going through my computer files the other day and I stumbled across this Snatch Biomechanics image. It shows the phases of the snatch and the time taken to complete each phase too. Also at the bottom it has two lifters and their bar trajectory and hip movement. You can click on the image to enlarge it.
